Hot Brew & Clean Cold Brew
Hot Brew
Reveals peach, orchid and honey in layers, with the depth of classic Dancong.
Clean Cold Brew
Brings the aroma into an everyday bottle: clean, bright and easy to drink.
Hot brew method
- Use 3-5g leaves in a gaiwan or small pot.
- Rinse briefly with 95°C water, then brew in short infusions.
- Smell the lid and liquor first, then drink slowly.
Clean cold brew method
